The session is likely to be on Thursday at 3pm (tbc) as usual via Zoom, you will all be sent a link and password

Ingredients & Equipment
Thursday 3:00pm (18th February)
180c/160c fan or gas mark 3
Ingredients are measured with me in the lesson, so they do not need to be measured, only the butter is pre-weighed please. This is a guide so you provide enough of the ingredient for your Mini to weigh Live with me:
1/2 cup of milk
80g butter (pre-weighed)
1 cup Self raising flour
4 tablesooons cocoa powder (not drinking chocolate)
1 and 1/4 cup brown sugar (any, I use soft light brown)
Water to boil in kettle (we will do this together)
8" pyrex dish or cake tin (i will send pic)
Ikea kids cups x 3 (cup measures)
Mixing spoon or spatulas
Microwavable mug with handle
Tea towel/tissues to wipe hands
Optional apron to wear
Please wash your hands and tie back long hair! Avoid loose sleeves and hanging clothing
